+ About Taylor

　外観：すごく綺麗でＥＬＥＧＡＮＴ！澄んでいて、まだ若さもあり、緑がかった黄色。

　香り：香りの強さは中程度！第一印象は黄色い果実とお花とMLF（マロラクティック発酵の香り）されていると感じる。外観からも成熟度が高いワインだ。①トロピカル系果実、黄色い花、②ヨーグルト、バター③アーモンド、ナッツ系

　味わい：アタックは中程度、半甘、半辛口、甘くてほんとに美味い！飲みやすい！酸も中程度、アルコールは14度くらいはありそう。ボディはミディアムからフルですね。風味は強いです。後味は、プライマリー、セカンダリー、ターシャリーとあり質の良いシャルドネだと分かる。

相性料理は白身魚のフライレモンソースとしました！！
