第3回「クラシック品種を知る。」兵庫分科会「シャブリテロワールの表現」

トップソムリエの方々を講師に迎えての勉強会はほんとにすごい！私たちもレベルを上げれるように意識して取り組んでいかないと立派にはなれない。個人的には地域を限定したような勉強がしたいと感じた。ボルドーのどこどこ！ブルゴーニュのどこどこ！今回のシャブリの分科会のように！

ワインの世界は幅広いので得意分野を作るほうがベターだと感じた！これからどうゆう方向性でワインと取り込むか？！考えようとしよう。
