Hi, I’m Taylor Morgan. I write about creativity, process, and building
a life around making things.

+ About Taylor

　２０００年度大学卒業後、ジュエリーメーカーTASAKIに就職（１年半で退職）

その後、酒屋さんでは実家の小寺酒店で６年半、酒のYAMAYA店舗にて６年間を過ごす。

また、飲食にも興味を持ち、ホテルアゴーラ守口フレンチレストランSizzlingにて半年。

ホテル日航大阪メインバー夜間飛行に１年間所属していました。

2021年度　日本パブ＆バー経営学院卒業　JPBA cocktail advisor取得

2024年度　JSA wine expert取得　

2025年度WSET LEVEL2取得。

　これまで営業やサービスに従事してきました。まだまだ未熟ではありますが、これからも日々勉強と思い取り組んでいます！

　この度ブログを開設いたしました。資格や経験を活かせる方法はないかと思いブログをやってみようと思いました！将来的には、いろいろな人と繋がり、世界を広げていけたらと思っています。
